We’re a busy, well-established flower shop in Mount Pleasant known for our garden-style weddings and high-end events. We’re actively growing our weddings & events team and looking for experienced floral designers to join us for the busy fall season and beyond.
This role has strong potential to become full-time for the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full wedding and event floral design execution
- Collaborate with clients, wedding planners, and our in-house team
- Execute on-site installations with excellence
- Help maintain our reputation for stunning, high-quality work
- Potential to create beautiful, custom proposals and timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional wedding & event floral design experience (preferred)
- Strong portfolio of past wedding work
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Passion for creative floral design and exceptional customer service
- Reliable transportation and availability on weekends during peak season
