About the Role
As a Medical Device Assembly Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of critical surgical equipment. By utilizing specialized hand tools and high-powered microscopes, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical device repairs that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise repairs on surgical instruments and medical devices to meet rigorous performance specifications.

Diagnose mechanical issues by performing standardized testing and inspecting components for potential defects.

Replace or restore faulty parts to ensure devices function optimally and meet all safety standards.

Troubleshoot complex assemblies and conduct final performance testing to verify conformance to technical requirements.

Proactively identify operational risks or quality issues and communicate them to leadership for swift resolution.

Maintain compliance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and support organizational quality management objectives.

Qualifications-
