The Learning Tree, a licensed daycare in North Dakota, is hiring full-time teaching staff. We're looking for dependable people who enjoy working with young children and want a stable, supportive workplace.
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7:30-4:30, 8-5:00 & 9-6:00. No weekends, no evenings.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children in a licensed classroom setting
- Lead daily activities, meals, and routines
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate with parents via Brightwheel
- Document and report per licensing requirements
Qualifications
- 18+ with high school diploma or GED
- Prior childcare experience preferred (not required)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be active on your feet
- Pass background check and required health screenings
- Complete ND Growing Futures registration after hire
