Responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact in this role

Regional Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Facility Directors across a geographic region, holding them accountable to their objectives and fostering future talent.

Operational & Financial Accountability: Take full ownership of regional service excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational goals, including the approval and monitoring of annual operating/capital budgets, staffing, and resource plans.

Customer Relationship & Growth Management: Nurture C-suite and key customer relationships through frequent site visits and periodic business reviews to build loyalty, facilitate annual pricing amendments, and drive regional revenue growth.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Perform in-depth operational quality reviews using corporate tools, establishing strategic plans to correct deficiencies and support Facility Directors with cost-reduction initiatives.

Strategic Innovation & Brand Promotion: Collaborate with executive leadership to drive regional and corporate strategic initiatives, utilizing local and regional professional society involvement to promote the company brand.

Key Qualifications & Expectations: Requires a strong working knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare facility systems, and regulations, alongside strong negotiation skills, 50–75% overnight travel, and a willingness to relocate to assigned region.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Must have one or more of the following:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or management OR 15+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree required.

MBA preferred.

Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) preferred
Work Experience:
-
Experience & Technical Expertise: Requires 10–15 years of healthcare facilities management (or outsourcing) experience, deep knowledge of hospital operations and facility systems, proficiency in MS Office, and a preferred Lean/Six Sigma certification.

Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead other managers, develop service programs, and manage complex projects from budget adherence to resource recruitment using strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
