Job Description:
- Prepping and executing weekly menu
- Helping prepare caterings, large orders and meal plans in between peak hours
- Side work that includes dishes, grill and line cleaning, sweeping of area, moping, cleaning appliances.
- Unloading the food truck
- Preparing a cold and hot line in the morning
- Learning recipes and menu items
- Working the line during lunch and dinner
- Restocking and prepping items for line and meal prep
Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Line cook experience
- Food handling experience
- Serve Safe Certified preferred
- Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations during high volume hours.
- Team player
- Energetic and self driven
- Leadership skills and desire to grow with our expanding company.
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
