Commercial Cleaning Technician
Job Type: Part-time
T.H.E.L., Inc. is a locally owned commercial cleaning company serving the New Hampshire Seacoast and Southern Maine. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in producing consistently excellent work.
This is an independent position. Once trained, you'll be trusted to follow our systems and checklists without constant supervision.
What You'll Do
- Clean commercial office buildings on a fixed schedule
- Restock supplies
- Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitize
- Operate Auto-Scrubber on warehouse floors with training (experience not required)
- Report maintenance concerns
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Opportunity to assist with post-construction cleaning projects
Schedule is fixed and required : Approx 15 hrs/week
Commercial office cleaning includes early-morning weekday shifts three days a week, one weekday evening and one weekend evening. Additional hours are available and optional as business needs grow.

- Ability to work independently after training
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and safely use the approved equipment such as a backpack vacuum
Cleaning experience is required. Commercial Cleaning is physically demanding and requires capacity and capability. We are happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, physical capacity, and reliable attendance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
