Job Summary
Client, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its premier Restructuring Practice in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or New York.
- Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of law firm experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization and asset dispositions) and out-of-court workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions and assignments for the benefit of creditors.

- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required.
Pay: $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
