This role also provides administrative and operational support for Run to the Brokenness, an outreach and restoration initiative focused on helping people and communities experience hope, healing, and meaningful impact.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, discreet, and mission-minded. The ideal candidate enjoys serving behind the scenes, helping systems run smoothly, and supporting a leader and organization with a broad range of responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, scheduling, communication, and project support to the Lead Pastor / CEO / Executive Presbyter. This person will help manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, track deadlines, support digital communication, and assist with day-to-day administrative needs across LifeBridge, ACTS Foundation, and Run to the Brokenness.
This is a fast-paced, people-centered role that requires strong follow-through, clear communication, confidentiality, flexibility, and a heart for ministry and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, and scheduling needs
- Monitor, organize, and assist with email correspondence and follow-up communication
- Draft emails, letters, meeting notes, agendas, and other written communication as needed
- Coordinate travel, lodging, event logistics, and related arrangements
- Prepare materials, packets, presentations, and digital assets for meetings, conferences, and events
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-through
- Assist with general business administration and daily office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Manage and update website content as assigned
- Respond to inquiries and communication related to Run to the Brokenness
- Coordinate and update speaking schedules for events and engagements
- Assist with merchandise inventory, organization, restock tracking, and order coordination
- Support alignment across digital platforms, communication channels, and administrative systems
- Use digital tools and AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms, to improve efficiency in scheduling, communication, content creation, and administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details in a busy environment
- Self-directed, dependable, and able to follow through with minimal supervision
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
- Comfortable learning and using online platforms, websites, content systems, and scheduling tools
- Experience with website updates, content management, or digital communication preferred
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms preferred
- Heart for ministry, servant leadership, and alignment with the mission of LifeBridge Community Church, ACTS Foundation, and Run to the Brokenness

Schedule
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events, meetings, or special projects with advance notice.
Compensation
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
