Professional Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Annual Salary: $65,000
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in construction administration or project management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Working knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, quality control, and project coordination.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Senior Construction Administration / Project Management Professional
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Annual Salary: $90,000
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Extensive experience leading construction administration and project management efforts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, owners, and field personnel.
- A track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
