American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab travel position in Charleston, SC, requiring a minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience and on-call availability.

Located in a 313-bed Level II Trauma Center and Chest Pain Center-accredited hospital in Charleston, SC
-
Assignment in the Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 2 labs and approximately 10 cases per day
-
Procedures performed include LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP
-
Equipment used includes GE X-ray
-
Documentation systems used: Maclab and Meditech
-
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
On-call requirements of 7–9 call days per month, including at least 1 weekend
-
Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff

13-week contract

Active RN license — SC or Compact state license required

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience required

BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)

Knowledge of emergency medications required

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Scrubs are provided by the facility

The facility is a Joint Commission-accredited Stroke Center and holds Chest Pain Center accreditation from the American College of Cardiology
