Join DirectRx Pharmacy’s Immersive Program and begin building a career in healthcare operations and patient care. This structured 12-month development program is designed for early-career professionals who are interested in gaining exposure to multiple areas of a specialty pharmacy while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and workflow management skills.
Throughout the program, Immersive Associates will learn about various departments across the organization, gaining hands-on experience supporting patient care services and operational functions. This exposure provides a well-rounded understanding of how teams work together to deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and helps prepare associates for long-term placement in departments such as Patient Education and Adherence, Revenue Cycle Management, Account Management, Quality and Compliance, Prescriber Engagement, Team Leadership, and other specialty areas based on performance, business needs, and individual strengths.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interest in building a career in healthcare operations or administration
- Comfort communicating with patients over the phone
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively

- Two weekday evening shifts (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM) and three weekday day shifts (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), or
- Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with every other Saturday or Sunday and a weekday off.
