Position: Part-Time Thrift Store Associate
PHP Thriftology is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Thrift Store Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our thrift store while engaging with customers and assisting in various aspects of store operations and our PHP mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Sort and process donations to ensure a well-organized and attractive sales floor
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Support general operations of the thrift store, including cashier duties and restocking shelves
- Assist in the setup and organization of store promotions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting store environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
- Interest in thrift store operations and commitment to supporting our community mission
