Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide direct and indirect support for the office of Outreach & Recruitment.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
One (1) year of related experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Perform routine support tasks, primarily assisting the College Outreach Specialists.
Provide admission assistance to prospective students, and assist the departmental Administrative Assistant with office administrative support functions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of College admission, registration processes, and financial aid.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency of standard Microsoft office programs and presentation software.
Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance.
Ability to commute independently to events inside and outside Corpus Christi and surrounding area.
