We are a cannabis company that serves patients and customers throughout the state. We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and dependable part-time budtender at our dispensary in Deer Lodge Montana.
- Strong customer service skills, calm compassionate and knowledgeable about the industry, good computer skills, ability to listen and follow instruction, excellent team member!
- Position covers sales in the dispensary, managing inventory including merchandise and CBD, POS and website maintenance (including graphics, data input, adjustments), cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, packaging of marijuana flower grown onsite
- Computer skills and experience, including experience with inventory management and point of sales systems encouraged
- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honesty and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
Schedule requires evenings and weekends (we open at 9am and close at 8pm). Pay starts at $16/hour D.O.E. plus tips, 30% employee discount, and $100 monthly store credit. Opportunities for advancement based on merit.
