Job Title: Test Technician
Duration: 6+ months, with the possibility of extension
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Shift: 3:00pm - 12:00am PST
Pay Rate: $28–$31/hour on W2
Job Description
- Execute and improve test plans and test methodologies for various technologies.
- Set up, operate, calibrate, maintain, and repair specialized test equipment.
- Run complex test programs, builds, and equipment configurations.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve test failures; identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing activities and project execution.
- Communicate project status, testing issues, risks, and proposed solutions.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects.
- Coordinate resources, delegate tasks, and review team members' work to meet project goals.
- Follow established testing procedures while adapting processes to meet unique testing requirements.
Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
