Knitting Machine Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
-
$18.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
Weekend work required
-
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

Demonstrated experience or strong foundational knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, materials, or machinery.

Ability to comprehend and accurately follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety guidelines.

Possess a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic machine issues and performing minor adjustments.
-
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining product consistency.
- Set up machines, including loading yarn, threading, and adjusting settings, to meet specific production requirements and quality standards.

Monitor machine performance continuously to identify and promptly resolve basic operational issues, such as yarn breaks, dropped stitches, or necessary needle changes.

Operate assigned industrial knitting machines in a safe and productive manner, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Knitting Machine Technician Qualifications:
-
Ability to lift and move objects weighing 35+ pounds as needed throughout the shift.

Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.

Good manual dexterity for handling small components and making precise machine adjustments.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all established safety practices.
