We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part Time Cook to join our dynamic culinary team.
3 Days A Week
Sundays A Must - 8:30am to 4:30pm
24 hours a week
Pay Cash Weekly on Mondays After 2 pm

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards and recipe guidelines. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow established recipes and portion controls to maintain standardization across all meals
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching and braising tools, and food prep machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients
- Handle food safely during preparation, storage, and service to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Support high-volume food production during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Experience
- Previous food industry experience, including restaurant or catering work, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and dietary department standards is a plus
- Proven skills in food handling, food safety management, and sanitation procedures
- Experience with fine dining or high-volume production environments demonstrates strong culinary capabilities
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and recipe adherence is essential
- Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation contribute to overall kitchen performance
