Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented person to join our dynamic team as a Second Shift Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for our facilities. This energetic position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards. As a key member of our custodial staff, you will ensure that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and compliant with safety protocols, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
This position is at a different location each evening. Sometimes multiple locations.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces during the second shift, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle chemical agents safely while performing sanitation tasks, adhering strictly to chemical handling safety procedures.
- Maintain facilities by performing routine custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial tools.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow chemical handling safety procedures.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while maintaining safe lifting practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during the second shift hours.
- Prior experience with commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record is required!

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
