Our office is seeking an additional attorney to help manage our heavy court caseload, with a focus on defensive asylum cases.
About the Role
The scope of the position and compensation will depend on the candidate's experience level. This role offers flexibility as remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements are available depending on what works best for the right candidate. Our office is located in North Seattle.
Requirements
- Active bar admission (Washington State preferred).
- Experience with immigration law and/or removal defense preferred.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills are a plus but not required. Our office is supported by experienced paralegals and assistants who can assist with interpretation as needed.
