The Coordinator of Quality Assurance is responsible for (but not limited to):

Completing regularly scheduled audits of all departments within operations, assuring that the departments are adhering to company, DDD and CARF standards

On-site review and audit of facilities of all program locations

Coordinating and facilitating regularly scheduled team meetings

Coordinating intake meetings

Completing monthly reports
-
Managing and maintaining policies and procedures
-
Completing phone check-ins with clients/families when needed

Quarterly Phone Check-Ins
-
Identifying any problem areas/areas of concern with service delivery

Discharges
-
Completing all internal investigations for any client-related incidents
-
Administrative Work
Exceptional time management skills

Must be able to communicate effectively

Must be able to pay attention to detail

Be proficient with technology and computer applications (writing emails, scanning, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)

Must be media literate and comfortable learning unfamiliar web applications and systems

Must be able to write grammatically correct sentences

At least 1 year of experience completing administrative tasks on a professional level.

High School Diploma
Strongly Preferred (but not required):
This is a salaried, in-office position that requires occasional local travel.
Annual Salary: $50k
