- Engage in product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products during customer interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting.
