What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring immediately for a Ultra Procurement Specialist role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will manage procurement activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best value while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to secure the best terms
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards
- Analyze market trends and provide cost-saving recommendations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management
- Resolve vendor disputes and address supply chain issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals

What You’ll Need
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
Skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and market dynamics
