Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, accurately documenting all findings in electronic health records (EHR) or medical documentation systems.
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support.
- Assist with complex medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy, and wound care in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
- Maintain infection control standards by practicing proper aseptic techniques and adhering to hospital or facility policies.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in various settings including outpatient clinics or inpatient units.
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely and effectively.
- Educate patients and families on health management topics related to geriatrics, pediatrics, or post-acute care.
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years current CNA experience [REQUIRED]
- BLS- Required
Shift- Days and Nights both shift available (12 hrs shift)
