What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional waxing services while creating a comfortable guest experience
- Build long-term relationships with guests through education and personalized recommendations
- Recommend services, products, and treatment plans that help guests achieve their goals
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism in every service
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Ability to work at least one evening shift per week
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Waxing experience
- Retail sales experience
- Spa, salon, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Compensation & Growth
Many of our Wax Specialists see significant income growth as they build their books and master our systems:
- During Training: $16-$19+ per hour
- 4-6 Months: $20-$25+ per hour
- Established Specialists: $27-$40+ per hour
Top performers have opportunities to earn monthly bonuses and advance into training and leadership positions.
