Seeking experienced NICU RN for night shift (7p–7a or similar) to provide high-quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to protocols.
Requirements:
Active Texas RN license (or compact).
Minimum 1–2+ years NICU experience required.
BLS/NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong clinical skills, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced night environment.
