Job Overview:
We are seeking security officers with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and tenants.
We are looking for:
- Golf Cart Patrol: Monday - Tuesday from 3pm to 12pm, Wednesday from 3pm to 12pm, and Thursday - Friday from 3pm to 10 pm
- Golf Cart Patrol/ Foot Patrol: Monday - Tuesday from 11:29pm to 5am, Friday - Saturday 8pm to 5am, and Sunday from 8pm to 4am
- Vehicle Patrol: Sunday - Monday from 9pm to 5am, and Tuesday - Wednesday from 9pm to 6am
- Vehicle Patrol: Friday - Sunday from 6pm to 6am
Areas: Miami, 33136 / North Miami Beach, 33161/ Pompano Beach, 33064/ Ft. Lauderdale, 33303/ Miami Lakes, 33014
Duties
- Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
- Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
- Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
- Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.
- Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You must have a valid Class D License;
- You must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write and underpm to stand English
- You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
- You must be able to pass a drug screen
- You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
