Stellar Coffee Co. is looking for one more great person to join our small Scottsdale team.
We’re an independently owned coffee shop serving quality espresso drinks, breakfast, and lunch to a loyal weekday customer base. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and takes pride in doing a job well.
The Schedule
This is a 20–25 hour per week position with a consistent weekday schedule.
Candidates must have flexible availability:
Monday thru Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
No nights. No weekends. No holidays.
We value scheduling consistency and do our best to provide a predictable workweek that you can make plans around.
The Right Person
Experience in coffee, cafés, restaurants, or food service is preferred — but attitude and reliability matter more to us than experience.
We’re happy to train someone who:
- Shows up on time and can be counted on
- Has a strong work ethic
- Is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys talking with customers
- Pays attention to quality and presentation
- Takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Works well with a small team
- Wants a consistent part-time position
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll learn different areas of our café, including:
- Preparing espresso drinks and other beverages
- Making breakfast and lunch items
- Taking orders and operating the POS
- Providing genuinely friendly customer service
- Restocking and keeping the café clean and organized
- Helping your teammates keep service running smoothly
Compensation & Perks
Average earnings: $18+/hour (Base pay + Gratuities)
