Job Overview
Westech Systems, LLC, . is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This position as Project Manager, will be the management of commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The key components of experience and knowledge required for this position are the following:
· Project Planning & Budgeting: Estimating from plans and specifications, budgeting for labor, material and equipment. Including Client coordination.
· Technical Oversight & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with NEC codes. Coordination with electrical designs, engineers and project foreman.
· Subcontractor Management and Schedules: Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, project documentation, and client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and successful in all aspects.
Qualifications Required
· Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management experience in the construction industry.
· Strong preference for experience in commercial electrical construction.
· Experience with projects from pre-construction to final completion.
· Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
· Understanding of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics.
· Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities to include willingness to work extra hours.
Preferred
· Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
