- Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care
- Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Alaska
- Current CPR certification
