In this full-time role, you’ll be on the go—supporting the provider with procedures, anticipating needs, documenting with precision, and delivering top-tier care. What You’ll Do:
- Assist provider with exams and in-office procedures.
- Take patient vitals and medical histories.
- Provide accurate documentation, order labs and imaging per physician request.
- Support scheduling, maintain records, educate patients on pre/post-op plans, treatment plans, medications, and general health.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; ENT or procedural experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care protocols.
- Strong listening, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
