Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program. Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required. BCLS required. Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level III) required after hire, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually. Training provided in-house. ***current employees as of April 12, 2024 will be allowed 1 year to obtain***
