We are actively hiring a Part-Time Parts Counter Person to join our team at Young Powersports in Missoula.
If you're passionate about powersports and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values exceptional service and teamwork. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience in parts, automotive, powersports, or retail is preferred but not required.
As a Part-Time Parts Counter Person, you will assist customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering parts, managing inventory, and providing outstanding customer service to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Assist retail customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly professional and efficient manner

Locates or orders parts as needed

Prepares invoices for parts to be handed over the counter

Answers retail phone calls and assists customers over the phone

Follow up with customers over the phone on special order parts

Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts

Maintains professional appearance

Stable work history with demonstrated success

Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screen
