BNB Networks is seeking a HR Consultant to support our HR program and onboarding process. This is an immediate hire 1099 independent contractor position. Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
· Posting Jobs on Indeed
· Sourcing Candidates
· Sending Onboarding Paperwork to Candidates using DocuSign
· Ensuring Compliance and completed paperwork is submitted on time
· Will be responsible for onboarding Field Inspectors, Sales Consultants, Vendors and Specialty Contractors to service our accounts.
· Oversee recruitment and Training and Onboarding
· Assist with developing training materials for Affiliates and BNB Networks Team
· Assist with facilitating Affiliate informationals virtually
· Shall post and source emergency jobs as required by CEO
· Shall be responsible for Hiring, Implementing Corrective Action Plans and Firing Consultants and Affiliates
· Shall develop all HR policy, safety training policies, and Contractor Handbooks
· Shall oversee BNB Networks Training Materials and SOPs
· Assist with maintaining and developing strategic team development goals.
HR Consultant must have experience with recording trainings, using Monday CRM, Google Meets, Slack, and meeting sourcing deadlines. HR consultant shall receive a month-to-month contract totaling $500.00-$1,200.00 to perform specific tasks. Once tasks are complete, consultant payment shall be processed using Gusto. Flexible schedule- work remote.
