Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Managing Main Shop and Recon Shop locations
- Provide leadership direction
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of technicians and other service department personnel
- Manage manufacturer warranty claims and audits
- Monitor and manage the service department budget, including expenses, revenues, and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Business Office to ensure accurate billing and timely collection of service invoices.
Qualification
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
