The Burn Boot Camp Member Experience Specialist (we call them Burn Ambassadors) are passionate about fitness and energized by seeing others work to be the best version of themselves! We are seeking a Bilingual individual to join our team who is fluent is verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
The Burn Ambassador (BA) is the first and last impression for anyone who expresses interest in Burn Elkhart. The BA plays a critical role in all levels of the Sales Funnel, from expression of interest to membership conversion. The BA is responsible for Lead Cultivation via phone calls and text messages, with a goal of booking the lead's first camp, and executing the first camp in-gym experience. There is a heavy focus on sales & overcoming objections in the BA Role. Additionally, the BA is responsible for engaging with current members and continues building relationships by getting to know existing members on a deeper level.
In order to be successful in the BA Role, you must be a driven self-starter able to multi-task, prioritize, communicate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The BA must have the ability to work with a variety of technology devices (iPhone, iPad, desktop computer etc) and navigate between multiple computer programs during the shift. Success in this role will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators of Show Rate, Membership Conversion % and Retail Sales.

A Burn Ambassador is expected to:
- get to know our members and build meaningful relationships centered around helping them achieve their goals
- be detail oriented, work effectively and perform all tasks to a high level of expectation
- communicate with members and teammates effectively through various mediums
- uphold the Burn Boot Camp brand standards through direct to member and social media communication channels
- work a minimum of three shifts per week and one Saturday morning per month
- attend bi-weekly team meetings & bi-weekly same page meetings with the team lead

- We are currently looking to for an individual with the availability to work at least 3 days per week : Monday - Friday( 4:00pm-8:00pm) with a rotating Saturday Shift (6:30am - 11am). Open availability Monday - Friday is preferred.
- A consistent schedule will be determined after a 30 day training period.
