Looking for consistent pediatric OT hours without a full-time commitment? POTS seeks experienced pediatric OTs for part-time, per diem, and weekend roles in Bergen County. This position prioritizes after-school weekday hours, with weekend availability optional — perfect for supplemental income or flexible scheduling.
Schedule Options:
- After-school weekday hours (after 3:30 pm)
- Two full weekdays (e.g., 10:00 am–6:30 pm)
- Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Opportunities available in Teaneck and Waldwick
This role is ideal for therapists seeking consistent part-time work without evening hours, or those looking to supplement after-school or weekend schedules.
Compensation:
- $70–$95 per session based on experience
- Flexible, predictable schedule
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual OT sessions in sensory gyms
- Treat children birth–21 with sensory processing, autism, ADHD, developmental delays
- Collaborate with families on functional goals and home programs
- Use evidence-based pediatric approaches (SI, Floortime, feeding therapy, NDT, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Master’s in OT, NJ license, NBCOT required
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong background in sensory processing and sensorimotor development
- Warm, collaborative approach with families
- Ability to work in Teaneck and/or Waldwick locations
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Infant treatment experience
- SOS, Talk Tools, DIR/Floortime, NDT, DMI, Medek
