We have partnered with a school district seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity in the Lovington, New Mexico area. All applicants must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or eligible for licensure in the state of New Mexico.
Elevation Healthcare is a privately owned staffing company that is focused on developing long-term relationships with both our employees and the school districts we serve. If you have ever wondered what contracting in the schools may entail, we would be happy to walk you through the details and answer any questions you may have. We are also happy to provide contact information for current and former employees so you can gain a firsthand perspective on what it is like to work with Elevation Healthcare.
Compensation for this position is highly competitive, negotiable, and often exceeds what is available through traditional direct-hire school district positions. Most importantly, these opportunities offer stability, as Elevation Healthcare retains over 90% of our contracts from year to year. While we can assist with short-term placements, our primary focus is building lasting relationships with our clinicians and district partners.
We encourage all applicants to compare our compensation and benefits packages with any of our competitors. Full-time employees are provided with highly competitive compensation, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, a matching 401(k), and CEU and licensure reimbursement.
Please let me know if you or a colleague may be interested. If this opportunity is not the right fit for you, we offer a $500 referral bonus if we hire your referral for a contract position.
