Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist: Grow With a Close-Knit, Innovative Team
We’re looking for a compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our warm, tight-knit team. We provide pelvic health care for both men and women and are excited to continue expanding our women’s health services.
This is an opportunity to help shape and grow a developing program—not simply step into an existing role. You’ll have the support of collaborative colleagues, access to innovative tools and technology such as Emsella and BEMER, and the freedom to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
We believe patients achieve their best outcomes when they feel heard, comfortable, and supported. If you’re passionate about pelvic health and want to grow alongside a practice that values personal connection, teamwork, and whole-person care, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat men and women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, urinary urgency and frequency, postpartum concerns, and related conditions.
- Create personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on each patient’s needs, goals, and comfort level.
- Provide skilled treatments that may include manual therapy, trigger-point techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education.
- Incorporate available technology, including Emsella and BEMER, when clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients about pelvic anatomy, bladder and bowel health, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies.
- Build trusting relationships and create a welcoming, respectful environment for conversations that may feel sensitive or personal.
- Collaborate with physicians, urologists, gynecologists, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, care plans, and discharge information in the electronic health record.
- Help us strengthen our pelvic health program and expand our women’s health services.
- Participate in team initiatives, program development, and quality-improvement activities.
What We’re Looking For
- A current, unrestricted license or authorization to practice physical therapy in the applicable state, region, or country.
- A degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience or specialized training in pelvic health rehabilitation, women’s health, men’s pelvic health, or a related specialty.
- A strong understanding of pelvic anatomy, physiology, core function, and rehabilitation principles.
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
- Confidence working with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- A collaborative, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
- A desire to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the practice.
Preferred Experience
- Pelvic health certification or advanced pelvic rehabilitation training.
- Experience treating pelvic pain, incontinence, bladder or bowel dysfunction, postpartum conditions, or other pelvic health concerns.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations; pediatric experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, inpatient care, or home health.
- Experience with care coordination and discharge planning.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
We’re a close-knit practice where people genuinely enjoy working together. Your ideas will be welcomed, your expertise will be valued, and you’ll have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we expand our pelvic health and women’s health services.
We offer a collaborative environment, innovative treatment tools, opportunities for professional growth, and a team committed to helping both our patients and one another thrive.
If you’re ready to bring your skills, compassion, and enthusiasm to a growing practice, we’d be excited to hear from you.
