Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Showroom Greeter/Host to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from the moment guests arrive, guiding them through the showroom, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and proficient in managing with strong communication skills in multiple languages is a plus Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for visitors’ entire experience, making them feel valued and comfortable.
Duties
- Warmly greet all visitors and clients upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately engage with customers explain promotion and events
- Keeping customers engaged until a sales consultant is availble
Qualification
- Bilingual proficiency is plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Experience in sales
