As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing compassionate care and support in their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide attention to clients' needs, including ADLs and engaging in activities
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
