As a crew leader with Cost Cutters, you could be doing any of the same activities as the crew member on any given day or property. You will be required to safely drive company vehicles and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work assigned is executed by your crew correctly and in a timely manner. All crew leaders are required to have a valid Virginia Driver's license with a clean driving record. Wages based on experience but can range from $12-$18/hr. We look for dependable leaders who have a strong work ethic and can get the best out of their team while getting the job done. Applicants with at least 3 years experience as a crew leader will be given first consideration.
