Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic care for personal injury cases
- Proficiency for documentation, scheduling, and communication across clinical teams
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, medication administration protocols, and vital signs assessment
