Swampers assist operators and other crew members with a variety of manual labor-related tasks, including the set-up and pull-down of rigs and equipment, and maintaining an orderly and safe job site.

Able to pass a drug test

Able to work an oncall schedule including OT, weekends, night and holidays

Assisting in loading and unloading equipment from haul trucks, chaining, and strapping, and unchaining and unstrapping

Work with bed trucks and pole trucks attaching and detaching bridle/rigging equipment

Communicate and spot equipment and trucks on location

Comply with all company, customer, and industry policies and procedures including safety polices

Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to safety manager and/or dispatch before attempting service

Perform all duties as scheduled by supervisor or dispatch, assisting other company drivers as needed or directed

Work as a Team member with other swampers and drivers

Communicate fully and effectively with Dispatchers and Drivers

Filling out daily timesheets

Other duties may be assigned
