Position Summary
Doane University is looking for a Director of Marketing to provide transformative leadership to our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing, the successful candidate will have a critical eye for design and expertise in developing strategies to maximize the productivity of marketing spend. Responsibilities also include developing both short- and long-term strategic marketing initiatives that achieve the university’s goals and promote the mission, vision, values, and purpose.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree and five (5) or more years of experience that includes:
- Related strategic communications, marketing, and publications roles.
- Track record of developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing plans.
- Website management and user experience.
- Social media and multimedia engagement and campaigns.
