Duties
- Coordinate dishwasher with team members efficiently and effectively
- Dishwashing using proper cleaning techniques, food safety sanitizing procedures, and equipment operation
- Monitor compliance with kitchen health and safety standards, including sanitation
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, stored safely, and used responsibly according to safety guidelines
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness during busy service hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions
Requirements
- Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
