As an Assistant Closing Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the park runs smoothly and safely during closing shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring safety protocols and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
- Monitoring guest experiences and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Supporting the recruitment, training, and coaching of staff members.
- Managing shift coverage and team performance.
- Overseeing inventory control and supply management.
- Stepping in as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
This part-time role is ideal for someone with flexible availability, as you’ll need to work closing shifts Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, for up to 25 hours per week.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

1–3 years of supervisory or management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
