Position Title: General Service Worker
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87113
Work Schedule: Schedule and start date TBD, but Saturday & Sundays will be required.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Need strong experience in maintenance or custodial work.
- This position will require you to perform daily custodial duties at the museum. The position duties include, but are not limited to,
- implementing the museum's daily, weekly, and monthly custodial needs including high-level, deep cleanings as assigned as well as keeping maintenance and operation leadership staff informed of any maintenance needs, they encounter and help maintain cleaning product stock and supplies.
- The position will also be responsible for assisting with event set-ups and clean-ups as directed. Other custodial and/or maintenance duties as assigned under direct supervision of museum leadership staff. Ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule and/or odd hours is a plus. Depending on the candidate's skillset, this position may be professionally trained by the museum's curatorial team to perform specialized cleaning of museum's exhibition displays and gallery areas
