Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system performance. Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical wiring diagrams for accurate system installation and repairs
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues related to refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical components and execute effective repairs
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and appliance repair as needed
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and property maintenance
- Service technician experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) preferred
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply HVAC design principles during installations
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, ammonia refrigeration (HVAC/R), and boiler operations is desirable
- Mechanical knowledge including equipment repair, welding skills, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters
- Experience working with field service teams on various property maintenance projects involving air conditioning systems or appliance repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- HVAC systems and ammonia refrigeration technology is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with team members and clients

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
