RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Book detailed service appointments for new and existing customers.
· Communicate effectively with the client base to keep them informed of the progress of their service and ensure we meet and/or exceed their expectations.
· Ability to ethically promote preventative services
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Present yourself with a professional demeanor and presentation for customer-facing clients.
· Become a cohesive member of our team to contribute to top-performing CSI standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently through time management.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
