Position Summary
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create a memorable customer experience at our dirty soda shop. Day Workers are responsible for preparing drinks, decorating cookies, assisting customers, maintaining a clean store, and helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and friendly smile.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Help create a fun, upbeat environment that encourages customers to return.
Drink Preparation
- Prepare dirty sodas, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure drinks are presented attractively and consistently.
- Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Cookie Frosting & Decorating
- Frost and decorate cookies according to store standards.
- Maintain consistency in appearance and quality.
- Assist with packaging and displaying baked goods.
- Keep decorating and preparation areas organized and clean.
Store Cleanliness & Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, counter, kitchen, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
- Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.50 per hour
